Hi everyone!

I very briefly mentioned my city council meeting about my roadside stand here. I wanted to give some more information on it, and an actual separate post. My date is for Thursday June, 18th at 6:30PM. I will be speaking infront of the mayor and city council on my appeal letter for the reasons stated below.

Section 190.035(I)(4): Any proposed home occupation that is neither specifically permitted by division (I)(2), nor specifically prohibited (I) (3) shall be considered a special use and be granted or denied upon consideration by the Planning Commission.

Section 190.065: Farm Stand is not listed as a principal use or a permitted use for an RM-1 zoning district.

If you cannot come and speak on this, it would be very much appreciated if you could write/type a letter to the council. It must be sent in before June 18th. The address is

Submitted items from the public shall not exceed 2 pages of written content and 3 pages of supporting documentation. Please note that any submitted documents deemed necessary for formal Council action must be treated as a public record and will be placed on the city’s website as part of the agenda packet.

Some of the reasons you could list, or talk about are: Why do you approve this? How would it benefit the city? How does this benefit you? Why do you disagree with the decision made by the city engineer? All the reasons why you're writing the letter.

Whooeeee! 😁

This by far has been my absolute most requested cookie. When I first made these, as I said, for Mother’s Day, they definitely got around. Now I’ve been asked when can these be preordered? I made these for my latest birthday party catering as they were requested. Now’s your chance!

I’m not a fan of lemon, so thank you for the patience as I tried to get this recipe together correctly. Also, thank you those who voted on the polls for the tops of these cookies. These are a soft sugar cookie, with a lemon sugar outside, drizzled with a lovely lemon glaze topping.

Same as always 6 for $8. 😊 You get 6 - 1.5oz cookies.

UPDATE: denied a second time! These are not allowed in Wyandotte. We go up infront of the council June 18th @ 6:30PM. 🙃

Good afternoon! 🌞

We have been working with the city on still getting the necessary information, and or permits required for our road side stand. We unfortunately now have to get in contact with the planning and commission department, and are currently in the process of doing so. The painting and staining process is almost done and it looks lovely!
