One of my favorite things to watch during a showing is where buyers naturally pause. It’s rarely the feature they thought would impress them most. More often, it’s the natural light, the flow between rooms, or the feeling they get walking through the space. After years in design and construction, I’ve learned that buyers connect emotionally long before they start comparing square footage.
