I had a gym membership last year and my social anxiety could not. It was too crowded. It was too small. It was too cramped. My schedule was all over the place. I’m one of those people that does not feel comfortable working out in the gym but I don’t want to use it as an excuse to ignore my health and fitness goals.
Here I’m using my kids jungle gym and resistance cables and other additional exercises to get a good upper body workout after finishing a cycling session. This year, I’m working hard to avoid making excuses for myself.

Don’t mind me, I’m going to talk about my little victories. My body composition follow up was eye opening! It’s nice to see the hard work is getting results. Time to keep moving forward
