I don’t usually make posts like this, but today I wanted to be real with you.
The last few months have been some of the toughest that I’ve experienced in my Pampered Chef journey. Team Sunshine and I have worked hard to build something special, helping families pamper their kitchens, earn extra income, and create connections through cooking and hosting.
Right now, our team is at risk of losing our Director Team status.
I’m not sharing this to ask for sympathy, and I’m certainly not asking for handouts. I’m sharing because I believe in being honest with the people who have supported me throughout this journey.
Like many small businesses and direct sales consultants, we are feeling the effects of today's economy. Families are watching their spending more closely, and businesses everywhere are having to work harder than ever to reach their goals.

I have poured my heart into this business for the past three years. Through Pampered Chef, I've met incredible people, celebrated successes, supported causes that matter, and helped families create memories around the table. Team Sunshine has done the same, and we're not ready to give up on what we've built.
We are going to keep showing up, keep serving others, and keep working toward our goals. With your support, I truly believe we can get through this season together.
