Sunrise Sessions - Nature Inspired Art Painting, photography and gardening are hobbies that occupy many of my mornings. As a self taught artist, I learn something new with every painting.

Early in the morning when the day is young, the mind sees things in a fresh, new way. I love trying to capture the scenes of everyday life and the new places I've seen on canvas.

Well, we have certainly gotten enough sunshine this week. I participated in in the Paint the Forest plein air event and it was beautiful every day! It is nice being in nature but Ronnie and I loaded everything but the kitchen sink in the car just to make sure I had everything I needed. It is much easier to paint in my kitchen where I can control everything and Ronnie can watch his westerns,
