You don’t need a kitchen oven to make the ultimate comfort food! Tonight on Cobbler 'N Coals, we are taking a campsite favorite and turning it completely on its head.

This Dutch Oven Upside Down Pizza features perfectly seasoned ground beef, an aromatic dual-onion mix, a rich sauce blanketed in plenty of melting cheese, and an ultra-flaky crescent roll crust baked to a perfect golden brown right over the campfire coals.

Who says you need a box mix for great cornbread? 🌽🔥 This homemade, from-scratch recipe is a camp favorite. The secret to that perfect, golden crust? A little bit of bacon grease in the bottom of the Dutch oven! Let me know in the comments if you prefer your cornbread sweet or savory.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Cornmeal
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 to 4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup light olive oil
Bacon Grease (The secret!)
