Dear friends,

Today, we have wonderful news to share with everyone who has supported Lotus Vietnam over the years.

Our Etsy shop is officially back.

Over the past four months, our shop was temporarily unavailable while Etsy completed a thorough verification process for our bank account. Although it was a long and sometimes difficult journey, we chose to patiently cooperate, provide every document requested, and trust the process.

Today, we're happy to say that everything has been successfully completed, and our selling privileges have been fully restored.

For us, this isn't just about reopening a shop.

It's a reminder that honesty, transparency, and patience truly matter.

Since 2015, every piece we create has been handcrafted in our family workshop using our unique ribbon embroidery technique. Nothing about our passion has changed during these past months—we simply couldn't share it with you through Etsy.

Now, we're finally back.

To every customer who waited, sent us kind messages, checked in on us, or simply believed we'd return...

Your support meant more than words can express.

As we reopen this new chapter, we're also preparing many beautiful new designs, improving our collections, and continuing to create handmade pieces with even greater care than before.
