Gluten free vanilla bean cheesecake!
This has a walnut crust, a smooth vanilla bean cheesecake filling. Instead of using sugar this has a substitute of real maple syrup!🍁 A cooked sour cream layer to top it off with of course homemade whip cream!

Want a little extra? Add fresh fruit when serving! This is the cheesecake you didn’t know you needed!

Life has been rough to say the least lately but I have been working on the clothing when I can. Here’s a sneak peak of what I’ve been working on. Most of the clothing is done, just making some final adjustments.

Paige and I have talked about waiting until we have product to sell before we offer the clothing. We have had people ask when we are selling the clothing as they would like to purchase some. Let us know your thoughts on if you would like us to offer clothing now or after we have product!

Not one of our girls but just enjoyed watching her….wondering where her hive is located. Honey bees travel up to 5 miles but stay roughly 1 to 2 miles from the hive to conserve energy. The weight of pollen they carry is comparable to a human carrying an extra 70lbs.

One week difference! The top picture shows the girls starting the honeycomb. The bottom photo shows the process with the honeycomb, the shiny nectar. When the bees “cap” the nectar it turns into honey. 🐝

When I’m not making cheesecakes or cookies I’m still baking up a storm. Homemade sourdough pop-tart with homemade strawberry rhubarb filling.
