As many of friends will know, Recently we lost my Dad, and I wanted to create a keepsake for all his grandkids to remember him by. While I possess no great skill with cotton and thread, I enlisted my Mum’s help on this project and we made ‘Grandad’ bears. We made reversible love hearts out of two of Dads frequently worn shirts (which the kids recognised straight away) and attached them to some gorgeous teddies and presented them to the kids so they know Grandad is always watching over them ❤️
After inspecting our sewing Mum and I giggled that if we went into business we’d have to call ourselves ‘Made with Love (not skill)’ 🤣
