Country Mouse Yarns was born out of a passion for yarn and creativity, and the desire to try to combine that ‘obsession’ with a small business idea. I have three young children and being available to them is my priority. Running a small cottage industry style business enables me to combine what I love doing with parenting my children and contributing financially to our household at the same time. You’ll read occasionally in various places that every time you buy from a small business, an actual person does a happy dance. Well in my house, five people do the dance when Mummy makes a sale. It really is that much of a big deal. So thank you SO much for all your support because without you, it’s really not the same, and I really do love what I’m building here and I hope you do too.
