Every year, my family has a tradition of gathering on Christmas Eve. It’s loud, full of laughter and holiday music, food everywhere, people talking over each other—and it’s one of my favorite moments of the entire year.

That one night together gives us something special. It fills our cups so fully that Christmas Day becomes slower… softer. A day to rest, reflect, and simply be.

Last year, we didn’t gather on Christmas Eve. And to be honest, it felt heavy. Quiet in a way that didn’t feel peaceful—just lonely. I missed the familiar sounds, the hugs, the shared memories. I realized how much that time together really meant to me.

I shared that feeling with my cousin a few weeks ago. Though it was last minute, considering, without hesitation, he decided to host the annual Christmas gathering this year.

Last night, I stood in the middle of the room and just paused…

I looked around and saw my family from, both sides, talking, laughing, reconnecting—everyone fully present with one another. In that moment, my heart felt full in the truest sense.

That’s when it hit me. This is what Christmas is really about.

Not the pressure.
Not the gifts.
Not the hustle.
But presence.

Giving your time. Your attention. Your energy. Being there—fully—while we still can…

That kind of giving is priceless.

As we move through this holiday season, my hope for you is simple:

🎄Find a moment to slow down.
❄️Light a candle.
🫂Sit with the people who matter to you—or hold them close in your heart if they’re far away.

Your presence is a gift.🎁

And it’s more than enough.

Wishing you warmth, peace, and moments that fill your soul.

OK, imagine being terrified… and still choosing to walk toward the mic anyway.

That was me — every single time. 😊

Most people don’t know this about me, but I’ve always been great in small groups… until the spotlight turned my way. I’m the observer. The stay-in-the-back-and-read-the-room (and people) type. Not hiding. Just not the center of attention type.

But I also know this:
Growth doesn’t happen in the corner.
It happens in motion… shaking hands, quivering voice and all.

So I made a decision that honestly felt a little cray cray...

I challenged myself to do candle-making parties for bigger groups — on purpose. Because if fear wasn’t going anywhere… then neither was I.

And listen…
Every time I step to the front of the room, my heart races.
My mind gets loud.
My knees get ideas of their own.
But you know what else happens?

I finish.
Every. Single. Time.

I feel accomplished in a way I can’t fully explain. Not because the fear disappeared….but because I showed myself I could move anyway.

Hear me:
You don’t have to be fearless to be brave.
You just have to make a decision… and then take one tiny, shaky step in that direction.

Public speaking is mine.
Yours might look different.

I’m already lining up more events —
not because I’m suddenly confident…
but because I’m committed.

And I want you to ask yourself:
What fear have you been negotiating with… that it’s time to face head-on?

In growing my business, I grow my skills.
But most importantly, I grew personally.✨️
