Really enjoyed this job in Stock restoring these beautiful church gates back to their former glory. We gave them a really good sanding down to remove all the old varnish which was peeling badly and cleaned with damp rags to remove alge etc. We then used two coats of clear Osmo protection oil in a satin finish. Its quite expensive but definitely the right gear for the job and really highlighted the colours in the grain, very pleased with the finish.

Dab Hand Decorating - some more pics from jobs we have completed recently. Just painted some kitchen units which we haven't done for a while, really pleased with the results and we used a Farrow and Ball colour mixed by Dulux and have to say they got the match spot on. We've been keeping busy with a nice variety of jobs recently. The store front was a challenging one as the sills fell to pieces which required a lot of work to bring them back to a great finish. Got a nice tan too as the sun was out so didn't need to go inside for a top up!
Green still seems to be popular with a lot of internal work we are doing at the moment, definitely moving away from the shades of grey.

Nice little freshen up job this week. I painted this bedroom years ago and the daughter wanted a colour change and the doors to also be painted to match the rest of the woodwork.
The timber beams throughout this house are amazing, and the colour worked really well.
