Hey Loves! ❤️‍🩹

Spirited Livings as you know it will not be joining me in 2026.

For the past 5 years I have poured all my love and being into Spirited Livings with the dream that I could live off of what I love, creativity.

The reality is that financially, on paper, it’s been a “hobby”. One that I love very much 🥰 However, with all that I’ve learned I just couldn’t seem to pass a certain line & that has been VERY stressful.

So stressful that I’m sure the heart palpitations I thought were perimenopause were actually stress. Don’t worry, I’m doing everything the cardiologist ordered 😊

Within these 5 years of fun I also got diagnosed with ADHD which explains a lot 😆 and it has really changed the way I move around the world.

I’m also a stay at home mom homeschooling my kids and as fun as it is, it also takes time, dedication and patience.

So some days I’m worn out by lunch time & I had to be honest with myself about Spirited Livings and make a choice. At this time I can’t be every where at once, I have to listen to my body, be present with my kids & just simply be an artist for the curious joy it brings me 😊

With that said, all decoupage papers are now 15% OFF until December 17th, 2025 and ALL original artwork is 35% OFF in my Etsy Shop through December 17th, 2025.

I’m incredibly grateful for the love you’ve shared with me and all the wonderful friendships made along the way 🩷

As Spirited Livings comes to an end, I the Artist 🧑🏻‍🎨 look forward to sharing my artistry with you in 2026.

I had so much fun LIVE painting with you yesterday that I felt creative static going through my body afterwards lol 🤭

So much so I am re working some designs as well as creating new ones for next years decoupage papers.

How was the weather for you this weekend?

Here in SWFL it decided to pour all day Saturday and early Sunday so naturally I stayed in 🤭 so I got started on this sweet girl living her best fairy life ✨

She stopped me in this moment & left me questioning my life choices 🤭

On paper through the pencil she’s beautiful but something happened when I painted her and got to this point.

I was stuck 😩

The intention for this painting was to have fun, play with colors and stay curious of her next move.

The energy shifted the next day when I began using logic as to where the cheeks start, how wide her nose is and her lips 👄 my goodness her lips were driving me nuts.

There was only one thing left to do as I mixed colors and kept editing. Can you guess what she made me do????? 🙈

If you thought I painted over her then you thought correctly. She was faceless for a few hours and I refused to look at her in the eyes, well… what would have been her eyes 👀🫣

I started all over and I let her take the lead again, I drew with my paint brush and she told me what to delete and when to start over AGAIN.

Sometimes we just have to REALLY Play! Have ZERO expectations and enjoy the colorful ride 🎢

I’ve learned that in creativity the “rules” are simply a guide that you can bend to your spirits will and that if we’re not having fun & if we don’t look like a mad scientist about to break the code then we’re not doing it right 😂

Needless to say she looks completely different now so stay tuned for her next phase ✨

I find that when I play and stay curious I fall in love with the canvas but when I start analyzing I tend to mess up the vibe 🙈😅

A huge thank you for the love of “Spirited Xmas” decoupage paper, it has SOLD OUT!

As of right now this won’t be getting restocked.

The manufacturer has discontinued the size needed for all the designs therefore I have to re-work it & probably split it in 2-3 papers.

So let me know how you would like the designs to be grouped together 😊
