Join me for a virtual mindfulness/meditation class for mamas on Wednesday, 2/22✨

Designed for the moms that somehow seem to always get it all done! Pouring into our own cup shouldn’t be optional, it’s necessary! Taking just 10-30min a few time a week to be still, rest and connect with your thoughts is one way to transform your life and become a more peaceful, free and happier mother. My dream is to build a community where women inspire each other to grow, learn, and heal together!

School’s Out Yoga is here and our first virtual session is on Monday, February 20th @ 10am!

Why not take advantage of this online 45min yoga and mindfulness class for children ages 4-10yrs who have no school on 2/20?!

We’re bringing mindfulness to you through this program that gives parents a break, teaches children the importance of self-care, and enriches the lives of participating families! Leave the backpacks right where they are and grab a yoga mat or a blanket/towel so we can get connected to SELF and one another.

Meet our new puppy, Leo Blaze!
We’re all obsessed with him & have spent the last week adjusting and bonding with him. He’s a 10 week old mini goldendoodle with attitude and all the cuddles!

Santa gets no credit for this one, we did that Dada! 🎄

Today was Alijah’s first homework assignment since going back to school a few weeks ago & my baby had some anxiety! lol I can’t even blame him because he’s practicing writing the letter “u” in cursive. At 4! 🙃

About midway into it, he began taking deep breaths that we’ve practiced in moments of frustration, sadness, and anxiety for about the past 6 months all by himself!
I can identify when he feels intimidated or overwhelmed because the signs are very similar to my signs of panic in those moments. It made me so proud to see him use his own skills to make himself feel more confident about this dusty letter “u”!😂

Teaching your toddler or even an older child to pause and regulate their emotions by focusing on their breath relieves stress & sends the brain endorphins. Another benefit is that as the child begins to feel better in the moment, they also take pride in knowing that they’re able to make themselves feel better about things that seem difficult to them vs. mom/dad/teacher having to step in.

In honor of International Yoga Day, I will be teaching 3 nights of free community yoga online & in-person!

Classes will take place June 19-21st, at 7pm EST. Participants must attend all 3 nights to be entered into the raffle to win a yoga mat, water tumbler, and Wick’d products!
