Well this was a fun surprise to find in my mailbox!

Kentucky Living Magazine featured sourdough this month, and I was so honored to be included in the article and see my bread on the cover.

What started as me learning sourdough in my own kitchen has turned into getting to teach so many of you how to make bread, use your discard, troubleshoot your starter, and feel more confident baking from scratch.

And honestly, that is still my favorite part!

The bread on the cover is my Classic Sourdough Bread recipe, and it’s one of my favorite loaves to teach because it uses simple ingredients and gives you that beautiful crusty sourdough loaf at home.
