BETTY BEE ARTZ.. This Paint Pouring Journey has given me a new hobby, a new mental health activity, a new side income, and my new happy place. I have found something that i absolutely love doing.. Creatin
g all sorts of different art.. Learning how to use different mediums and learning how to mix colours correctly so i don't end up with a muddy puddle.. I am making Hot Pot & Pan Trivets and Coaster sets from recycled wall and floor tiles that i have found through local sellers on marketplace sites. They are an effective and relatively cheap medium for me and are great to play and practice on to perfect the method i have been learning.. Painted with acrylic paints and pigments that shimmer and shine and change colour and a magic sauce in the middle to create the cells and lacing effect. Top is finished with a coat of heat and scratch resistant epoxy resin and the back finished with cork. I also have lots of canvases to paint on from small tiny baby ones to quite large ones, plus wooden clocks and wooden boards are in the list of blank mediums to paint on.
