launch night ✨

If you were one of the ones waiting patiently at 8pm I can only apologise profusely for the chaos of what went down…🙈 I laughed about it afterwards but seeing over 100 photos show as corrupt files 2 minutes before you release a website is no one’s idea of fun! I’ve done what I can for now so I’ll be altering things over the course of the next fortnight. I’m beyond grateful for everyone staying with us, for messaging & giving me time to breathe - & to still be placing orders - WOW🥹

For the next 2 weeks we’ll be loading new products & items, introducing our Christmas range, sharing more BTS, blogs & packing deliveries. I still can’t get over that we’ve had orders, that people love our products - I’ve put my heart & soul into this & it means the absolute world that you’re choosing ALOA for gifts for yourselves, little or loved ones🥹

There’s been a fair few moments lately where things haven’t went to plan, but as a result we ended up back in our favourite place in the world, giving us the ultimate reset & plan where we want this brand to go… we’ve got really big plans & nothing would be possible without the backing we have from our amazing friends, family, community & remarkable businesses who are trusting us to share their products & stories.

A million thank yous from the bottom of my heart, while I’m doing all of this for my family - it’s giving me so much joy to see you enjoying what we’ve been putting together & it’s a real team effort from our own family to get everything right for you🫶🏼

Being a customer of Marcy’s has allowed me to see just how wonderfully creative she is (& fast working too)… from getting the kids names in a stack filled with properties encompassing abundance, love, protection… to occasion jewellery, godmother & birthday gifts & so on - I’ve always adored her work & appreciated how quickly she’s brought my ideas to life.

Me again…

an update to share that there’s not much to update other than ‘we’re almost ready’…

I wanted to hop on to say a million thank yous. Without this supportive community we’re building, I wouldn’t be able to make this happen. The shelves are getting fuller each day, we have another unit going in, a hanging rail, a suspension rack for weaving dreamcatchers & my sofa so I can crack on with doodles in between packing orders. It’s full on & I LOVE IT!

This was a dream that I didn’t believe would ever be possible, I didn’t believe in myself whatsoever & I’m pushing away from that mindset everyday because I believe in THIS, so much!

I know we’re building a brand (& lifestyle) that’s gathering quality, design, environmental consciousness & small business love to ensure you’re kitted out with the best travel essentials, gifts & beyond. It’s a process & it’s a one that I’m so thankful for… we’re constantly brainstorming for our seasonal launches even before this one’s begun - it’s worth noting to keep an eye on our stories over the coming days too… I’ll be offering some pre-orders & a few surprises 👀🖤

Sneak peek of our natural raw & sage combo - the shades have been ‘colour picked’ from our travels to Canada last year… a reflection of the outdoors in every way!

In true Rebekah fashion, I stopped the scheduled posts as all of them had 01.11 on… & thanks to my particular choices, some products being delayed or needing to be altered - there’s a wee delay on the site now too.

I’m a true believer of things happening when they’re meant to though, & as long as everything is loaded before the fella in the big red suit starts ordering… we’re happy!
