Palo Santo is healing to the body, mind,heart and soul.

HOW TO USE YOUR PALO SANTO:

Palo santo can be used in cleansing crystals, spiritual tools, yourself, or space around you. To use, begin by lighting the Palo Santo stick + allow its flame to die out or gently blow it out.
To bless yourself, space, crystals, or tools, hold the cool side of the smouldering stick in one hand + pass desired items safely through the smoke of the Palo Santo.

To fill your space with blessings, start at the front door and walk clockwise through the room with your smouldering Palo Santo. Depending on the size of the room or item you are cleansing, you may have to relight the stick a few times. When finished, place the Palo Santo stick in a fireproof container such as a metal smudge holder or Abalone Shell. The glow at the end of the stick will eventually go out on its own.
