She attained an associate degree in Sequential Graphic Arts at San Antonio College in her twenties which introduced her to the different understandings of art and design; this is where her spark for art
began. It was not until her mid thirties that she discovered fluidart and it was then that she began on a journey which ignited her creative passion. Her art contains colors and splashes of this and movement of that. It flows, it’s loud, it’s silent, it’s sad, it’s elated, it’s loving and sometimes it is a mixture of emotions. Creating fluid art is her way to tap into the invisible energy embraced in an emotion and lock it into a space of time through fluid abstract expression. With a variation of pours, palette knives, brush strokes, various paints, stains, gels, resins, wood, tile and canvas she brings to life endless creative possibilities.
