It’s all about the details!

A new entry into the log cabin with natural slate floors, custom cabinetry, white oak butcher block counters, refinished closet door from original house, bird hooks, and a 6’ entry door. Finished off with a stone walkway, patio, and a red door with a kick plate.

I’m not your typical house flipper. A lot of flips are about a new kitchen, a new bath, some paint, and getting the house back on the market in three months.

That’s just not me. 😊

This log cabin renovation will have taken me about 1½ years—restoring the original, adding on, and sweating the little details along the way.

Custom shutters. A custom skirt detail under the porch. Little touches that most buyers may never even notice.

Will they increase my profit? NOPE. 😂

But that’s not what I’m about. I love creating a house with character, craftsmanship, and details that make it feel special.

Because sometimes, it really is all about the details.
