Grounded & Breakthrough have been selected for an upcoming SCAA Gallery exhibit, Rustic Roots: The California West 🏜️🌵

Grounded was painted in October for the OTN Art Festival & was super popular at The Other Art Fair. That gooey texture and warmth really draw people in! 🙌🏻😍 It’s an original 40”x30” unframed with all the yummy layers wrapped around the sides. Right now it’s gracing our living room’s black wall. 😋

Breakthrough was painted in 2024 and was originally vertical, created for The Other Art Fair. I gave it some new life and flipped it on its side for new perspective…the perfect refresh for spring. 🌱 Original work 21”x19” framed in maple.

See them both along with new notecard designs & new smaller works during the 2-weekend show. Our opening is going to be awesome with a fantastic local band & 3 art demos! 🙌🏻 Come say hey! 🤠 The city’s Cowboy Festival is happening 4/18 & 4/19, too, just up the road - walking distance to the gallery. Honored to be invited again for this year’s VADA Draw supporting students at Santa Barbara High School’s Visual Arts & Design Academy, where my niece graduated. 🙌🏻😍

Riff of Sister Kent was donated to the cause and chosen by my top shelf favorites: seester & broski…headed to its new home at the .unlimited.sb office in sunny Santa Barbara. 😍

Inspired by an iconic Boston landmark, where sky meets ocean and industry, all smooshed together in a loose abstract interpretation.

This was originally a piece that I completed as part of my solo show back in 2023, Coming Home. It’s an abstract spin from the famed tanker near Boston. “Rainbow Swash”, painted by former nun and pop artist, Corita Kent, in 1971 & is considered the largest copyrighted work of art in the world! It’s a pretty interesting story. ☺️ And how always knew we were close to home as a kid headed back to Southie.

I flipped it on its side and gave it new life for the Draw. Thank you for loving her and me .surf 🫶🏻😘 Thank you ALWAYS a super fun night and so inspiring. Best to all those students!

Happy collectors, beaming artist! ✨🙌🏻 Congrats to these top shelf folks who stopped by my booth at and connected with my work so much as to take it home. So grateful for the time we get to experience one another; swapping stories, observations, and inspirations. Speaking with you and hearing your hearts truly fills my own. 🥹🫶🏻 Thank you for vulnerability, connection, and support. And for seeing my guts through such a raw form of expression. xo Art for folks who get it…..and you indeed do! 🥰🙏🏻 Bonded for life. Super appreciate each of you. 😗

Something different for me! 🙌🏻 But forever my pop of orange. So fun to do for a new exhibit at .scaa opening this weekend 🏺VESSELS! I had these 8x10 panels laying in wait for next steps with gobs of yummy layers already kicked off. They were like hellooooo, lady….we’re bored and dusty over here…this was their moment. Instead of sketching out the vessels, I negatively shaped them in using a teeny palette knife and a lot of deep breaths. So cute.

My goal (challenge 🤞🏻) is to enter every SCAA Gallery show this year to stretch my brain & get in new reps. 💪🏻 2 DOWN!

I’m so excited to be back at Feb 26-Mar 1 🙌🏻 This will be my 5th time exhibiting and each feels like the first, just more grown up with a heart squishier than the last, beating with gobs of thanksgiving and gratitude. 🤩✨ Come say hello! We’re at a new space in Culver City at with a wooden ceiling that will literally make you cry!! Me & over 100 awesome artists in all kinds of styles, installations, drinks, beats, food trucks, & more will be ready to greet you with open arms & so much love! 🖤 I’ll have ALL NEW ABSTRACTS with me! The start of something fun for a local nonprofit here in SCV! 😍🙌🏻 Members of the Santa Clarita Artists Association got to paint bowling pins that will be auctioned off in support of local theatre on February 7th. I couldn’t pass up the chance!

As kids we went candlepin bowling all the time back east and I’ll never forget taking Gina for the first time with my dad & stepmom. 🤣🤣🤣 She ate it up! 🎳 I got some vintage pins from Etsy for her one year as a gift.

Check out the event & grab some tickets! It’ll be a fun day of bowling & pizza! Plus, I’ve seen a few of the painted pins & you may just want to snag one! 🔥😲

Fun day at the OTN Fine Art Festival! Come by tomorrow for one more round of local artists, chalk artists, live music, family activities, & ALL NEW ART WORK created after I sold out at The Other Art Fair!! 🙌🏻 We’ll be here 10-4 all along Main Street in Old Town Newhall!
