Too much direct sun can bleach the leaves.

🌱 Water when soil feels dry.
Don’t water too much so it’s sitting in soggy dirt.
Make sure the pot has drainage holes or else could get root rot.

🌱 the plant is a tropical native so it likes humidity. If leaf edges are getting crispy, air might be too dry.

🛑 toxic to pets so keep somewhere cats or dogs can’t reach
