Delvento has designed a new facility in Tashkent one of the fastest growing city in the world. The construction will commence in March 2019.
The buildings for recreational purposes are necessary facilities in modern cities of the world. Providing indoor activities, outdoor dining and leisure spaces and gathering spots do great for the city-dwellers as a "getaway from daily routine".
In this particular project right next to the Gulshan Park, we design a building for the people of Tashkent to enjoy a wellness center (with yoga, gym, and pilates sections), an elite supermarket (with mostly imported goods), a cafe, a restaurant, movie theaters, a KTV and a luxury car wash.
The form is chosen to meet the environmentally friendly atmosphere and to combine the rich variety of the activities in a single building with the timeless material preferences such as bricks, iron frames, and glass boxes. The warm and the cold elements are used in a balanced way to obtain a unique form and a fresh approach in the city of Tashkent.
