I went to the dentist for the first time in several years today. It took a lot of effort getting myself to make and go to the appointment. I was embarrassed. But, to my surprise, no cavities nor problems were mentioned. And the hygienist said my gums were all in the good range. It's not what I'd prepared myself for. One piece by one piece I'm rebuilding myself. I'm proud of myself. I hope someone else out there is too.
