Great healthcare starts with great education, and the right environment to support both.

BHDP partnered with Pepperdine University to transform an outdated graduate and administrative facility into a purpose-built College of Health Sciences on their Calabasas campus. The 30,000-SF renovation now houses high-definition emergency and surgical simulation rooms, a health assessment lab, and interdisciplinary patient simulation suites, providing nursing students with the hands-on experience needed to enter the workforce with confidence.

A centralized student lounge anchors the space with a sense of community, reinforcing the university's commitment to purpose, service, and leadership.

Every summer, we get to do one of our favorite things: welcome the next generation of talent through our doors.

From day one, they're jumping into real projects, bringing fresh perspectives, and growing alongside our team.
