- Doll orders will be accepted on Etsy only.
- ALL items are MADE TO ORDER. Your order may take longer then the given time to make, so if you have not received shipping conformation, I am most likely still working on them. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns!
- If you need your item sooner than the times listed above, please message me before you purchase the item to see if I can make it sooner for you.

-Shipping times may vary.
- All packages are shipped with a signature required at delivery. With this option you will also have a reference number that will let you know where your package is. The post here in Belgium does not offer priority or first class anymore. Your dolls will always take 1 to 2 weeks for creation and an additional 1 to 2 weeks for shipping. So please order accordingly if you need it by a certain date.
- - -International buyers: the customs time of your country may vary, and could possibly take longer. - - -
- I've never had an item not make it to it's destination. If you are the first, you will be taken care of. That's a promise! :)
- All sales are final so please purchase wisely! If you have any issues or questions, do not hesitate to message me. Thank you for your interest in my dolls.
