Graphic and contemporary, yet with a fun retro vibe, our free Meander Wrap pattern explores color and value through our newest Nine-Note Bundle palette, cozy Chamomile! You’ll work your way through the gradient of your bundle, punctuating each stripe with a narrow band of Note—the same yarn in single skeins. Super easy and satisfying to knit, the meandering scallop pattern is achieved with just simple increases and decreases… Definitely a “one more row! one more stripe!” kind of project!

The first joyful step in knitting your Meander Wrap is choosing your Nine-Note Bundle palette, each one a carefully calibrated color crescendo of nine 50-gram skeins. Pick up two 100-gram skeins of Note, as well, in a color similar in value to the middle of the gradient. We chose Reed Gray as the perfect companion to Chamomile’s warm yellows! The same DK-weight yarn two different ways, bundles and skeins alike are made with an incredible mix of fiber: 80% softest extra fine merino and 20% lush baby alpaca… It must be experienced to be believed!

Enjoy 25% off Vinter Wool, seriously beautiful hand-dyed yarn made of Norwegian wool!

Warm enough for frozen Oslo winters, Vinter Wool is made entirely by one very small artisanal mill in Norway from a mix of 70% Norwegian white sheep wool and 30% wool from Norwegian wildsheep. These wildsheep are Old Norwegian sheep who are reared the same way they have been for thousands of years, living outside year-round on the heathered moorlands of the Norwegian coast.

Our partner mill sources the wool from local farmers to transform into a DK- to worsted-weight yarn, with every step honed to bring out the wool’s natural luster and preserve its toothy feel, distinctive elasticity, and rich lanolin content. This same mill then hand-dyes the yarn with rich colors shaded by the blacks, browns, and grays of the wildsheep. We also offer the undyed River Birch color, so you can experience the stunning variation of the Norwegian wildsheep wool in all its natural beauty!

Our 8-Spoke Yoke Pullover for Adults pattern was born from a desire to explore what happens when you add more spokes to a raglan… Turns out you get all the graphic appeal of a raglan and all the easy fit of a circular yoke! For a truly special and delightfully sheepy sweater, cast on with Vinter Wool and discover how this small-batch hand-dyed yarn—made in Norway with all Norwegian wool—brings a thoughtful balance of softness and wild, woolly character to your knitting.

Our lovable Hedgerow yarn gives our new Snowberry Mittens the storied character of a treasured vintage knit. Made in County Donegal, this worsted-weight yarn comes from one of the county’s last producers of Irish tweed yarns. We worked with this special mill to create a merino-cashmere-silk blend with a softer feel than is strictly traditional, but still with appealing toothiness and rustic beauty. Every color of Hedgerow is speckled with small bits (or “burrs”) of fiber that polka-dot the yarn. Even Heirloom White is full of unexpected yellows, pale blues, and creams, bringing little surprises to every stitch!

Arranged in charming clusters and punctuated with tiny flashes of simple red embroidery, plump bobbles give our Snowberry Mittens their fanciful beauty. The round, berry-like bobbles are created with an ingenious no-turn bobble technique you’re going to appreciate for its straightforward simplicity.
