SMALL BUSINESS CRISIS

We realise our clients are super frustrated with us as they cannot get in touch and we share your discontentment.

Vodacom is our service provider for the entire account we have, Wi-Fi, phone lines, cellphones (around 7 business contracts) and promised the world to us. When we have load shedding, 4.5 hours at a time at the moment, we are off the grid completely. They informed us yesterday that it is their batteries and have zero intentions of replacing them.

Our generator costs us thousands to operate per week and cannot operate their tower too. We are so desperate, but what more can a small business do?

We ask that you please show us the patience and kindness, the same as every business in this country needs right now. We are tying to get back to our clients and come up with more solutions to get another provider. Please send us an email and we promise to get back to you as soon as the power goes on again. We deeply apologise and share in your frustration. We are incredibly sad to not even be able to make a plan when there are so many variables out of our control. We do however promise we will not stop trying. Please just continue to support us in this difficult time.

We love you
The whole Intundla Family
