Perfect for Winter!
Here is my recipe for Pea & Ham soup using West Peak Meats smoked Eisbein!
Ingredients: (serves 4)
1 Smoked Eisbein
(West Peak Meats)
2 carrots
2 small leeks
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 large potato
500ml chicken stock
750g frozen peas
1 lemon
100ml cream
salt & pepper
