A closer look at texture, form and the details that bring a piece to life.

Inspired by natural rock formations, this sculptural light fixture is a striking piece, with crater-like formation created to bring depth, contrast, allowing light to interact with textures, this piece has character, a strong focal point for an interior space.

Ebb & Form Coming 22 October

Something I've been quietly working towards since 2025 is finally taking form. 🤍

Ebb & Form is my first collection as Gail Marra Design Studio, a collection of sculptural artwork and functional décor, including mirrors and statement pieces designed to become focal points within a space.

Inspired by the mountains, coastline, ocean, rocks and ever changing forms of nature around me, this collection has been a journey of exploring materials, pushing my creativity and finding new ways to create beauty, while being more mindful about what I use and repurpose along the way.

Each piece is my interpretation of something found in nature, but I leave room for you to see it in your own way.

Launches 22 October - Ebb & Form, inspired by nature’s rhythm and movement, its strength and formations, and the organic forms it creates.

A little update from me...

I realised this weekend that I haven't posted yet this month. Between creating, preparing for my upcoming launch, and making time for family, the days seem to disappear faster than I'd like.
While I'm eager to share the collection with you, I'm also learning that balance matters. Sometimes stepping away from work and spending time with loved ones is exactly what's needed.
