Easy chicken noodle stir fry

Ingredients
2 pkts instant noodles (or 125g spaghetti, if you want to feel fancy)
3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
button mushrooms
1/2 cup mixed peppers, sliced green red n yellow
1 tsp garlic and ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce

The Spice Mix
1 tsp chicken spice
1 tsp bbq spice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs (the ones that survived the back of your cupboard)
1/4 tsp white pepper
Salt to taste (don’t be lazy, taste it)
Oil for frying

The Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice (or the tears of a lemon, your choice)
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Method

Prepare the Noodles
Cook the noodles or spaghetti until tender. Drain and set aside. Try not to eat them all straight from the pot

Marinate
In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with chicken spice, bbq spice, paprika, garlic/ginger paste, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let it sit. Or don’t. It’s your life

Sauté Chicken

Method
