Go do adventures at hook lighthouse.
Can you image a more beautifull scene than this 800 year old lighthouse. Its so old that the concrete was mixed with ox blood and the fires once burned using whale oil. Its absolutely one of the spots you cant miss when travelling to Ireland. You can stand on the headland and see the last structure that Famin emmagrants would have seen of their country before setting out to find salvation in North America.
The rocks below are also littered in fossils which makes for an interesting walk.
So go see the Hook lighthouse in county wexford.

Go do advantures with the big lens.
We were so lucky on our hike in Glendalough this weekend we too the 600mm out and found some Sika deer high in the mountains. We spent an hour with them watching them go about their business making it worth lugging the heavy Sigma and old Cannon EOS 7d up the mountain. I am strongly considering investing in mirrorless.
To be fair I didnt think I'd still get much chance for wildlife photography in Ireland but I have been proven wrong

Go do adventures at cahore beach. Sometimes Ireland amazes me. Today we walked a perfect white sand beach that streaches for miles, you wouldnt believe its in Ireland.
We stopped for coffe and breakfast rolls at the half way mark and walked the rest of the way. It was a perfect morning

Go do adventures at aviva stadium. We had the best seats in the house right next to the subs bench. The stormers didnt perform but we made up for it.
