A home designed as a complete experience—inside and out.

Set in Botmaskop Estate, this project was developed from inception through to the full interior design—where architecture, spatial planning, lighting, and materiality are resolved as one cohesive vision.

The result is a calm, contemporary home that feels refined and warm.

Construction anticipated late 2026/2027.

We are currently open to new commissions in the Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch region.

This office forms part of an active stud farm and was approached as a considered interior architecture project rather than a surface upgrade.

The design prioritised spatial efficiency, durable materials and a clear relationship between workspaces and a viewing lounge, ensuring the office supports both function and long-term use.

Our recently completed project of a renovated office space is a thoughtful expression of the equestrian environment it serves — grounded in function, yet elevated through intentional design.

The space features a cohesive palette of earthy tones, carried from the vertical wall panelling to the ceiling, creating visual continuity and warmth.

This bold colour choice anchors the room while referencing all things equestrian. In contrast, neutral walls and light oak millwork maintain balance and brightness.

Framed black-and-white equine photography adds both subject relevance and tonal depth, positioned beneath brass articulating sconces that introduce a sculptural layer of lighting.

A mix of textures — leather upholstery, wallpaper, natural wood seating, and wool plaid textiles — brings tactile interest without overwhelming the restrained aesthetic. This is a space designed not just for work, but for clarity, focus, and a sense of place.

It's been our privilege to collaborate on various projects throughout the year, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients and partners for their support. As we look ahead to 2025, we anticipate a year filled with creativity, innovation and new opportunities.
