“Vrede”, the Afrikaans word for peace, speaks of stillness, calm, and inner harmony. “Vy” is the Afrikaans word for fig. Together, they inspire our “Vredevy” - a fruit that reflects this spirit, capturing tranquility in its purest form.

Our soap is hand-sculpted by women at the foot of the Groot Drakenstein in Kylemore, the Vredevy is part of a job creation initiative supporting moms of Aitsa Aftercare children just outside Stellenbosch.

These beauties are now available at Weltevrede Fig and Guest Farm Prins Albert.
