Well let me try this.

l a m b c u r r y | Approximately 90 minutes from now I will have a delicious, home cooked lamb knuckle & aubergine rogan Josh on my table. To this I’ll serve fragrant basmati rice and a cucumber & coriander salad. I browned the lamb with onion, garlic, rogan josh spice & fresh ginger, added tomato paste & crushed tomato, water & seasoning and popped it into an 180C oven for about 60-70 minutes. I’ll then add yoghurt, cook it through and serve it hot. With extra chilli on the side and a delicious bottle of local pinot noir. The kind of food that is shared by many around a large table.

Sometimes there isn't much to say about a recipe besides "yes, please"... This is one of those times. 🙌 Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich! 🤯 March 29th we're going to double fry ginger marinated chicken, cover it in an umami packed spicy gochujang sauce and pile it high with a tangy vegetable slaw before sandwiching it between toasted brioche buns.
