Look at cute little Peaches with her new bowl! 🍑

♥️ I am so grateful to for years and years of support as her furkids all have a Soenchie bowl. 🐕

When I started making dog bowls 10 years ago, so many people said it’s silly, that no one is going to buy a ceramic bowl, that it’s “just a dog”. But I am so happy I stuck it out, because the way I felt (still feel) about my doggies back then, is echoed and validated by all the like minded people who want the best for their furkids. And it doesn’t hurt to NOT have the stainless steel bowl inside the house.

All this to say I like you and your dog/cat a lot and THANK YOU!! 🤍🤍🤍

🤍ALIGNED LIVING x SOENCHIE🤍

For her last three ‘Women’s Silent Retreats’, Kathleen Booyse | Sober | Yoga | Women’s Work entrusted me to make various items for her gift boxes and what an absolute honour & joy this continues to be for little old me! 🤗

The tiny bowls are gifted along with an incense cone made by a lovely local plant man at Yamu Botanicals , intentionally selected by Kathleen and made from plants grown on the farm in Barrydale.

I have also made some Palo Santo stick holders (not pictured here).

The newest addition (and my personal fave) is the Permission Pebble. Each one unique, the pebble is placed on your yoga mat and depending whether you are comfortable with being touched/adjusted, you can place the pebble with the applicable side facing up. Such a wonderfully thoughtful idea.

I had so much fun gallivanting in between the trees and foraging for plants to make these truly one of a kind! Also LOVE the dark chocolate clay! 🌿🪵

Now to get cracking on the next batch for November.

I was NOT trying to avoid it and am definitely going to go on holiday!! Finally!

So blessed to have had a busy summer and wedding season but yoh, ya girl is ready to chill.
I’ll be back to potting on 1 July.

It’s going to be a struggle to not have the doggies with me, but at least they are happy with their granny 🤍

Sharing this photo of the custom bowls I made for Hendre Greeff earlier this year. LOVE!

All my Soenchies,

Just a few snaps to give you a glimpse of what I’ve been up to. 💁🏻‍♀️

I’ll be spending most of my weekend glazing, in my happy place. I hope that you have a lekker weekend with your furries 🤍

NGL this year was a toughie. At times, feeling like I am being walked on a choke chain through rivers and over Table Mountain after not being able to get off the merry-go-round. 😋
But we made it and I am grateful to everyone who has supported me and my small business!

My plan for 2026 is to show up more for my brand and what I love doing. Sharing more and not waiting for everything to be so perfect. Not overthinking things to a point of paralysis. Just showing up. Consistently.

I know SO many people (near and not so close) that have had a hard year. So my wish is that we all rest, reset and hope for a little bit more magic in 2026. ✨

Wishing you all a safe a beautiful festive season, wherever you celebrate it I hope it involves lots of cat hair and dog licks! ‘Coz without them, the world would be a much worse place 🐶

Thanks to each and every one of my customers who has supported my little business. I am still so in love with crafting beautiful bowls for your furkids, making mugs and magnets and all the little things for your home! I am grateful that I found clay. 😌

🤍 Wishing you a happy 2025 🤍

This year is going to be a goodie, I just know it!
