Do not run away from such people but instead allow the connection to refine you. Some people do not enter your life just to love you, they come to reveal the parts of you that still need growth, healing, accountability and emotional maturity.

But the truth is…

In how we love… and how we struggle to receive love.

I truly believe this:

The more we detoxify our minds and heal our souls, the better this world becomes.

Healing is not a luxury.
It’s not weakness.
It’s not something to “get to later.”

It’s necessary.

Because healed people build better families.

Better communities.
