Did you know that honey can help prevent degenerating eyesight? I switched from sugar in my numerous cups of coffee to this organic honey. After I found myself threading a seed bead needle easily and without my prescription glasses, I realised I hadn't worn my glasses in seven months. I googled the benefits of honey, because that was the only change I had made. Saw it there!
