*Path to Becoming a Manager*
As an Upliner you'll have the chance to identify and appoint potential managers from your team based on their sales performance. To become a prospective manager you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Achieve $1,740 in sales each month for 3 consecutive months with a minimum of 10 active downliners earning 30% of group sales
- Achieve $2,780 in sales each month for the next 3 consecutive months with a minimum of 20 active downliners earning 30% commission of group sales
*Training and Announcement*
During this 6-month prospective manager period the company will assess your qualifications to become a manager. If approved you'll be sent to South Africa for training and a formal manager announcement.
