Simple creamy samp

Ingredients

2 cups soaked samp
2 tbsp chicken stock powder ( you can use cubes)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp cream cheese

In a pot over medium add samp, 500ml water and stock powder cook until soft abut 2 hours ( add water if necessary). Add butter, cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese mix well and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Remove and serve ✅✅
