From fitness centre to future-ready business destination. ✨

When we first walked into this former fitness centre, it was hard to imagine it as a workplace. Soaring 8.5-metre ceilings. Exposed structural elements. A layout designed entirely around movement.

Our goal? To create a business centre that feels welcoming, inspires collaboration, and supports the way people work today.

The solution required far more than aesthetics. New structural steel frameworks. A completely re-engineered HVAC system. Every technical decision made with the same attention to detail as every design choice.

The result? 17,000 sq. ft. of thoughtfully crafted workspace—from welcoming reception areas to hybrid meeting suites and focused work zones. Warm timber finishes, natural light, and a calm, contemporary atmosphere.

Projects like FLOWORK remind us that great workplaces are never just built—they are carefully crafted through collaboration, engineering precision, and a shared vision.

We're proud to share another milestone with Mimecast - an award-winning cybersecurity company who entrusted us for the second time to deliver their new Middle East Headquarters.

The vision? A modern workplace that balances collaboration with focused work. Private nooks. Open-plan spaces. Collaboration zones. Robust IT infrastructure.

The challenge? Managing the entire process remotely, with key stakeholders outside the UAE. We worked closely with their IT, HR, and Administration teams to ensure every need was seamlessly integrated.

The result? A highly functional, technology-driven workspace delivered on time.
