Grand entrance to the new Nature’s Strokes project

Step into the luxury of a new country residence, spanning approximately 2,300 sq m, nestled within an intimate, exclusive hamlet. The architecture, crafted in a refined country style, blends warm hues of dark brick and natural timber on the façades, lending the home an elegant yet inviting charm. The main block is single-storey with soaring pitched roofs that enhance the sense of space within, while a secondary two-storey block adds variety to the overall composition.

The entrance welcomes you with majestic double doors that stretch to the ceiling, complemented by panoramic windows that offer glimpses of the interior, including an art gallery. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a central zone featuring luminous alabaster walls, casting a soft, captivating glow. Living plants with bespoke lighting deepen the connection to nature. This entrance sets the tone for the entire interior, where contemporary design seamlessly merges with natural materials—wood and stone—without excessive ornamentation.

At the heart of the hall lies an elegant seating area with Saba Italia sofa-poufs, above which float sophisticated Moooi chandeliers, selected for their understated opulence. To the right, a stylish dressing area with a large mirror and perimeter lighting, and to the left, a guest bathroom accented by a striking console and an illuminated artwork.

The interior is designed with a focus on functionality and openness: spacious children’s and guest bedrooms, spa areas, a pool, and a home cinema promise unparalleled comfort. Stay tuned for more details about these exceptional spaces—updates coming soon!

At the heart of the iconic One Za’Abeel residential complex in Dubai, home to the Sheikh’s residence, we crafted three unique concepts. Here is one of them.

The penthouse spans two floors: the first boasts striking 8-meter ceilings, while the second features an expansive terrace, relaxation areas, and private bedrooms.

A rarity for sports spaces

The gym was designed with a focus on a cozy and welcoming atmosphere — an unusual yet intentional approach for a sports area. Warm tones, noble wooden elements, and mirrored surfaces dominate the interior, fostering a sense of comfort and balance. The space features specialized zones: a tatami area for martial arts, a boxing ring, and a professionally equipped strength training section. Luxurious amenities — such as a sauna, hammam, shower, and sanitation rooms — further enhance the complex, transforming the sports block into a true home spa oasis.

The project takes into account the residence’s natural surroundings, ensuring a seamless integration between the interior and the landscape. The client, deeply engaged in the process, meticulously reviewed every design decision, which required multiple iterations. Through collaborative effort, we created a space that perfectly reflects his refined vision, combining functionality, aesthetics, and efficient use of resources. This project became a true expression of individuality, tailored to meet the most discerning needs of the family.

The sports block is an elegant space combining a swimming pool and a fitness room, designed in a refined style inspired by a modern interpretation of neoclassicism with subtle French design accents. We have already mentioned the pool; now we present the fitness room.

Initially, the client was oriented toward the aesthetics created by the renowned French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, but ultimately entrusted the project’s realization to our team. We drew inspiration from the master’s work, adapting it to the client’s unique vision.

Bathrooms design for three sons

Previously, we showcased the children’s bedrooms designed for a client’s three sons, tailored to their ages and future growth. Now, we present the bathrooms, crafted for each child, which seamlessly complement the style and functionality of their respective bedroom suites.

Each bathroom features a neutral base palette with accent colors that echo the adjacent bedroom’s scheme. For instance, a bedroom dominated by blue incorporates blue accents in its bathroom, while the other two feature green and brown. This approach ensures visual continuity between spaces while preserving the individuality of each suite.

Zoning is a key design element. The bathrooms are divided into areas for the toilet, bidet, shower, and sink, enhancing usability. We used light travertine to add elegance and versatility. Symmetrical layouts with functional shelves and cabinets provide ample storage while maintaining a sense of spaciousness.

Beyond interiors, our team handled the architectural design of the entire house. Special attention was given to natural lighting: per the client’s request and our architectural plan, all bathrooms feature windows that flood the spaces with light, accentuating their airy feel. Soft, rounded forms, reminiscent of the children’s bedrooms, are echoed in elements like mirrors or decorative features, creating a cozy and safe atmosphere.

How is a unique interior concept created?

Developing an interior concept is a creative process that begins with a deep study of the project. At the first stage, the designer discusses the client’s wishes, reviews examples, and analyzes the space. This helps lay the foundation for the future idea.

Next, a technical specification is developed, clearly outlining the structure of the rooms, their functions, and the overall interior style. At this point, the project leader and the team begin to form a vision of the future concept — still vague, but already inspiring.

After the layout and concept are approved, the most exciting part begins. The magic starts! The space seems to come to life and suggests how to realize the idea through the lens of our perception of the client’s wishes and our aesthetic values in the project.

Luxurious comfort: two design options for the master bedroom

The final design of the master bedroom, approved by the client, was created according to the wife’s preferences and filled with tenderness and coziness. Soft pastel tones, gentle textures, and a plush bed headboard with pillows create a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom, connected to the walk-in closet, is enhanced by a panoramic window into the bedroom, framed with stone. Lying in the bath, one can admire the fireplace and city views, while from the bed, one can watch the light reflecting on the water. For privacy, the window can be covered with a curtain.

The first option is designed in a more restrained modern style, combining minimalism and elegance. Clean lines, warm wooden panel textures, and soft lighting from the lamp above the bed create understated luxury. A white bed with minimalist bedding is complemented by bedside tables. Like the final option, this design also includes a bathroom connected to the walk-in closet, adding functionality and luxury.

leads upward, adorned with elegant chains cascading from the ceiling, adding a subtle
charm to the space. At its base, guests are greeted by a sophisticated sculpture set against
illuminated natural stone, creating a captivating visual accent that highlights the club’s
status and grandeur.

The restaurant space is masterfully zoned to accommodate a wide range of events—from
social gatherings to business meetings. The exclusive VIP area is designed for private
meetings with clients, partners, and distinguished guests, offering an impeccable
atmosphere for strategic agreements. This area, enveloped in an aura of luxury and comfort,
