Office full renovation and redesign in JLT.

Break out space.
From wasted to welcoming ✨️

Tucked inside this office was a 100 sqm area that had long been underestimated - one half left empty, the other a dark outdated meeting room.

The brief?
Crystal clear: "Transform it into a warm, inviting, multifunctuonal space where the team can unwind, grab a coffee, enjoy lunch, hold casual meetings, and where we can host events with your partners. Oh, and forget acoustics."

We're really proud of this transformation - what do you think ? 👀

Office full renovation and redesign in JLT.

Here is the reception, what do you think?

What used to be a dark cramped entryway has been reimagined into a bright, open, and welcoming environment to better match the size and corporate identity of the company.
White, natural oak bespoke furniture, and pops of colours guided by the brand identity of our client.
From the reception, office design is all about the company: who they are, what they value, where they are headed.

Entrance makeover

How to make a statement (and some really useful storage) in a once boring linear entrance.
Some colour on the wall, natural oak wood, a beautiful wall paper... et voilà, that's a totally different space.

Kids bedroom revamp 🤗

This bedroom used to be cluttered with a mix of furniture and was not fully a nursery, not fully a guest bedroom, just something in between.
Et voilà :) Now this is a cosy and kids friendly bedroom for 2 lucky boys.

Let's continue with the living room in this Saheel villa .

The living room and dining used to be so cluttered with mixed furniture it was difficult to tell what was the function of each room, and the owners hardly spent time there feeling uncomfortable. And the walls were...dark red.... so, here we are now.
We put up a custom room divider, created a reading corner and a formal but inviting seating area.
What do you think?

Here is a little addition to the entrance of this Saheel villa.
The owners were complaining of the bad acoustics of this big entrance and wanted to make it a bit more personal. The long corridor like entrance of this villa type was not so inviting.
Adding this glazed door improved both aesthetics and function. The entrance is now a proper space on its own and not just a passage.
