Our Marina penthouse project is officially handed over today — and we couldn’t be happier!

Definitely one of the most complex projects we’ve taken on, but so worth it. From a full-scale renovation, custom veneer Joinery and the FF&E sourced from all over the world (acoustics from Germany, light fixtures from China, customized wallpaper and ironmongery from India, sofas from US) to 500+ new electrical points (phew!) and a mind blowing automation to some insane light and sound setups (I’m slightly obsessed now, must admit!), complete AC replacement and acoustic works— well, it’s been a ride.

Months of hard work, plenty of site challenges, but honestly… love how it’s all come together.

Let’s take you behind-the-scenes and show our beautiful chaos that goes behind those pretty pictures

This📍Arabian ranches villa is undergoing a full blown makeover, with lots of restructurings and space expansions

- all pillars are getting demolished to open up the layout
- many walls are going down
- a large bifold door will be installed to seamlessly merge the indoors to the outdoor
- a new villa-entry is being created due to Vastu reasons
-and many such layout changes are happening, along with fully custom interiors and a gorgeous landscaping

We have obtained all the required approvals from Emaar and DDA and are executing in full swing. You will not be able to recognize this villa in a few months - I promise you that! 😎

Home is a feeling!

Our Marina penthouse project is approaching handover and we are super excited (and somewhat relieved!)

Such an intense project it has been, where we have ripped apart almost everything. From complete AC and ducts replacement to smart home automation, to sound and lighting design and integration, to replacement of glass windows and dampness treatment, to real hardwood flooring installation , and of-course a full blown renovation - nothing old has been left behind here !

It’s a classical themed home, something we haven’t done before but have throughly enjoyed. The most special part is that we got to build a gorgeous timber library for the client and can’t wait to show it off to you all. Wait for the pretty pictures to be dropped here soon!
