Made most favourite and drool worthy 'Double Chocolate Fudge Cookies'. These thick and fudgy cookies are made with cocoa powder and chocolate chunks. They are extra soft, oozing with chocolate chips.
Dry Ingredients
β’Β½ cup all purpose flour
β’β
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
β’ΒΌ teaspoon baking soda
β’ΒΌ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
β’ΒΎ cup chopped semisweet chocolate
β’ΒΌ cup unsalted butter
β’2 tablespoon brown sugar
β’ΒΌ cup sugar
β’1 large egg , room temperature
β’1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Other
β’some more chopped semisweet chocolate , for topping
Instructions :-
πΈAdd all the dry ingredients into a bowl, mix well and set aside.
πΈInto another bowl, add in chopped chocolate and butter. Melt in microwave or double boiler. Leave to cool slightly.
πΈThen add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk until everything is well combined, using a hand whisk.
πΈNow add in dry ingredients and mix everything together, taking care not to over mix.
πΈUsing a 1 Β½ tablespoon ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with a parchment paper, leaving around 2 inches (5 cm) space in between. Finally press some chocolate chunks on top.
πΈBake in a preheated oven at 350ΒΊF (175ΒΊC) with top and bottom heat, at middle rack for 9 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. πΈThey are the best when they're slightly warm. Enjoy!
