One of the oldest and most sustainable textiles in the world, linen is loved not only for its timeless beauty but also for how it makes us feel. Naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, it keeps you cool in summer and cozy in winter, while its hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties make it ideal for sensitive skin.

Woven from the flax plant, linen requires little water and no pesticides to grow 🌱 - every part of the plant is used, and the fiber is fully biodegradable, leaving almost no trace behind. Its texture softens with time, gaining character and comfort with every wash. Yes, it wrinkles easily - but that’s part of its charm.

Imperfectly perfect, linen reminds us that true beauty lies in simplicity and authenticity. 💫

This month, my Pinterest boards have seen stripes and colours balanced with imperfections in a wabi sabi style. The irregular striped mug – the “Irregular Summer” Mug by Inesita’s – is a beautiful reminder of how imperfect shapes and handcrafted textures bring poetry into everyday life. These elements evoke a sense of authenticity and add softness into a space.⁠

💫 Before / After | Project Quinton apartment

For this apartment, the goal was to rethink the layout to integrate a dining table, modernise the kitchen, and brighten the living areas. The starting point for the design of this living space is the kitchen. We wanted to open the space while improving the functionality for a family of four while staying in a budget friendly approach. The introduction of wooden details in the kitchen transforms a standard IKEA setup into a more upscale appearance.

With a blend of modern organic and French cottage style, this interior features lots of natural textures with a wooden finish on the kitchen cabinets, new floorboard, travertine accessories, and a large jute rug!

Lately, I have been working on a living and kitchen space that blends Modern Organic charm with a touch of French cottage style. This moodboard shows that the design embraces natural textures and warm finishes – from wooden kitchen cabinets and creamy stone to new floorboards, travertine furniture, and jute details. 🤍

Did you guess? The palette is inspired by the richness of a cup of coffee ☕ – earthy, cozy, and timeless.

| Brad and Sylvia Master bedroom |

This master bedroom deserved more than just an update — it needed a full rethink. The house had minor renovations a few years ago, but the layout just wasn’t working anymore. So we reimagined everything:

✨ A fully functional ensuite with a bath AND a shower
✨ A new walk-in wardrobe
✨ Soft, natural tones for calm and connection
✨ A custom batten wall as a headboard, paired with the iconic Palma pendant by and soft greenery

The floorboards (Champagne Classic by ) bring warmth and light. The bed? The Nordic by - timeless, grounding, and full of character.

Wall colours: Bay Fog Half and Natural White from . Simple. Subtle. Soothing.
