Designed as a custom architectural intervention, this media wall was conceived to bring order, rhythm and visual depth to the living space.
Composed of walnut shelving, integrated storage
and carefully balanced proportions, the structure establishes a strong focal point while seamlessly accommodating the functional requirements of daily living.
Through material contrast and thoughtful detailing, a practical necessity is transformed into a defining feature of the room.

Part of our first Mumbai project, where every element was considered as part of a larger design narrative.

A compact Mumbai kitchen, completely reimagined.

Soft neutral tones brighten the space, walnut finishes bring warmth, and brushed gold hardware adds a refined touch throughout. Finished with quartz countertops, a seamless backsplash with dedicated electrical sockets and a concealed coffee station designed for modern living.

Built-in appliances such as the fridge, oven and microwave were integrated into the design to maximize functionality, while a suspended shelf near the sink creates additional storage for glasses without taking up valuable counter space.

Every detail was carefully planned to make this kitchen feel more open, functional and timeless without compromising on warmth or character.

Proof that smaller kitchens can still feel luxurious.
The last slides show how this space looked before we started working on it.

From exposed ceilings and a narrow transitional space..to a foyer designed to feel expansive, layered and intentional.

In smaller homes, every surface has to work harder. Mirrors were used to visually open up the passage and reflect light through the space, while the dark walnut finishes ground the design and bring warmth and elegance. The artwork was carefully chosen to create a focal point the moment you enter adding depth, character and movement without overwhelming the space.

The Mumbai Project was is a reminder that impactful design is never about size.
It’s about how a space makes you feel the second you walk into it.

There’s something very special about seeing a project before it becomes “beautiful.”

Before the styling, before the final lighting, before everything falls into place, there are layers of decisions, drawings, site visits, revisions, materials, conversations and moments that slowly shape the space into what it’s meant to become.

The Mumbai project has been one of those deeply detailed journeys.
A home that is not being decorated for a photograph, but thoughtfully built piece by piece around the way the family will live, move and feel within it.

Sharing more of the process this time…the unfinished corners, the progress, the behind-the-scenes moments and all the in-between stages that are usually never seen.

Because good design is never just the final reveal.
It’s the story of how everything came together.

There’s always a moment at the start of a project where I pause and ask…what is this space really trying to become?

Not what it looks like.
But what it could be, if it was properly thought through.

This Mumbai home was one of those.

Everything was already there
but nothing quite worked the way it should.
And that’s often the most complex starting point.

So instead of rushing into design,
we stepped back.

We looked at how the home moved,
how each space connected
and where it didn’t.

Then we quietly rebuilt that experience,
until everything began to feel effortless.

That’s always the goal
not just to make a space look better,
but to make it feel right to live in.

This project is now completed and handed over,
and I’m excited to finally share it with you.

The before is just the beginning.

There’s a difference between adding elements
and composing a space.

This was always about the latter.

In the primary bedroom of our Bahrain Project, not everything needed to be highlighted. Some things were just meant to be discovered. From custom closets in walnut and amber glass, biometric locks on jewelry islands to leather headboards, oversized bedside table lamps and bespoke seating…this bedroom was made to function in the best interests of our clients.

Not quite modern. Not strictly mid-century.
Somewhere in between..where warmth leads the design.

This family room from our Bahrain project was envisioned as a space that feels effortless, yet deeply considered. Clean architectural lines meet softer, lived-in textures… creating a balance that doesn’t feel staged, but settled.

The palette stays intentionally quiet with layered neutrals, rich walnut and touches of black, allowing the forms, proportions, and materials to take the lead. Every element holds its place without competing, which is what gives the room its calm strength.

It’s a language I often return to, modern in structure, but warmer, more human in its expression.

A space designed not just to be seen, but to be lived in.

Recently featured in this project will always be close to my heart.
