Yummy Coconut tops!
All you need is: 200 g coconut flour, 60 g of melted coconut oil, 2 eggs, 4-5 tbsp sugar, 75g. dark chocolate, 1-2 tsp of liquorice powder & 3-4 tsp freeze-dried berries, such as strawberries or raspberries.

Mix all the ingredients for the coconut tops with a spoon and form the dough into small tops using wet hands. Place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the coconut tops in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Let them cool down, and dip the bottom in melted chocolate and sprinkle with liquorice powder and freeze-dried berries.

It’s the most wonderful time of year, so why not celebrate it with a cup of hot chocolate? Dip your spoon in some melted good quality dark chocolate and add your favourite topping. After the spoon of chocolate has cooled, just fill a cup with hot milk and use your chocolate spoon to create the most delicious chocolaty drink. Enjoy!
