Crumbl Cookie Recipe Copycat
Ultimate Copycat Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookies, Thick and Chewy
Ingredients:
1 cup cold butter, cubed
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together the cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, fully incorporating after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into large balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving ample space between each cookie.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are just set. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

♦️Easy Delectable Apple Salad
INGREDIENTS:
4 large Honeycrisp Apples cubed (see notes)
1 lemon juiced
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
2 ribs celery thinly sliced
1 cup seedless red grapes halved
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried cranberries.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Toss the cubed apples with the lemon juice. In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and brown sugar. Add the apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries. Stir to coat.
Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 small egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions:
1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cream and Combine: In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and the small egg. Mix well until combined.

Crab stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuit with a Lemon butter 🧈 sauce.
Cheddar Bay Stuffed Biscuit
Ingredients
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Crab:
1 pound lump crab meat, be sure it is fully cooked
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ + cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
Make the biscuit mix according to package directions, set to the side
Preheat the oven to 375*, spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray
In a bowl, combine the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise and crushed crackers
Stir to combine well, adding a touch more mayonnaise if needed.
Using a scoop, place some biscuit mix on your hand that has been dusted with flour, Form a cup type of biscuit
Take a scoop of the crab mix and place it in the bowl part of the biscuit
Cover the biscuit with a little more biscuit dough
Continue until you have used all the dough
Place each biscuit into a muffin tray
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
Brush with a mixture of melted butter and 1 tsp of lemon juice

No-Bake Lemon Eclair Cake
Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers (14.4 oz)
2 boxes instant lemon pudding (3.4 oz each)
3½ cups milk
1 container Cool Whip (8 oz), thawed
1 can lemon frosting (16 oz)
Directions:
Prep a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and line with graham crackers.
Mix pudding with milk and beat for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer half the pudding mix over crackers, add another layer of crackers, then the remaining pudding. Top with last crackers.
Warm frosting in the microwave for 30-40 seconds and pour over the top.
Chill for at least 12 hours.
Enjoy a slice of this zesty delight!🤤❤️😋

ULTIMATE Chicken Casserole!!! 💖
Tender noodles, shredded chicken, bacon, corn, & more!!!! 😋🥄
Ingredients:
2 cups egg noodles, cooked
2 cups chicken, cooked/shredded
2 cups corn *I used frozen, canned works too
1 cup milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup *10 oz cans
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup cheese, shredded *I used cheddar, any type works
1/2 cup bacon, cooked/chopped
3/4 cup French fried onions
salt/pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, corn, milk, cream of chicken, onion, garlic, cheese, bacon, and salt/pepper.
Pour mixture into greased pan.
Sprinkle French fried onions evenly on top.
Place pan into preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve warm!

Air Fryer Donuts
4-ingredients - these are the BEST!! ❤️
Ingredients:
1 can Jumbo Flaky Biscuits like Pillsbury Grands
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
5 Tbsp butter melted
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees. To do this, simply turn your air fryer on at 330 degrees and let it run for about 3-5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
Open the can of flaky biscuits and cut the center out of each one using a 1-inch round cutter. Lightly coat air fryer basket with coconut oil spray (you can also use olive oil spray). Do not use non-stick spray like Pam (those sprays could be harmful to your air fryer).
Place the donuts (not holes), in your air fryer. Bake for 5 minutes at 360 degrees. As the doughnuts are cooking, melt the butter.
Using a silicone pastry brush, coat the baked doughnuts with your melted butter. Then cover the donuts with the cinnamon sugar mixture by dipping and rolling around. Use a spoon to coat the top as well. Gently shake off excess cinnamon sugar. Serve doughnuts hot.
Donut Holes
When you air fry the “holes”, set your timer for 3 minutes and repeat the process of dipping in butter and then adding the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY WOULD LIKE TO EAT “Fried Green Tomatoes”?

Ingredients
4 green tomatoes (not ripe)
1/2 cup of beaten milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
rapeseed oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup cornmeal
Fried beer-battered green tomatoes
4 green tomatoes, firm and washed
Rapeseed or vegetable oil (for frying)
1 egg
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
20 cl of dark beer
salt
pepper
Preparation
Choose your tomatoes carefully. Choose firm, medium-sized tomatoes – soft, older tomatoes will tend to soften when you fry them.
If you’re picking your green tomatoes, pick ones that are just starting to get a slight pink tinge. These are best for frying because they are a little less bitter than fully green tomatoes and have some of the delicious flavors of red tomatoes.
Heat a medium-sized skillet. Cast iron skillets are perfect for this recipe, but you can use any large skillet. Pour between an inch and an inch and a half of oil into the pan. You don’t want to drown your tomatoes in oil, so just put a little more than an inch of oil in the pan.
Add 3 tablespoons of bacon grease to the oil to give it a little more flavor, and mix it with the oil until it is relatively diluted. The bacon fat will add an extra dose of salty flavor to your tomatoes.
Wash the tomatoes in freshwater. Clean them well to remove any dust or dirt that may be on the surface of your tomatoes. Wipe them down with paper towels and move to the cutting board. It will be a little easier to cut them if you have wiped them well with a paper towel.
Slice the green tomatoes. Cut them into slices almost a centimeter thick so that the slices stay together when you fry them. For even more solid pieces, cut the tomatoes into three pieces.
If you are concerned that your green tomatoes might be a little bitter (very green tomatoes can be), add a sprinkle of sugar to each side of your tomato slices. The sugar will hide the bitterness.
Make a sauce to dip your green tomatoes in. There are many recipes you can use.
The most common is a mixture made with 1/2 cup of beaten milk and an egg.
Beat the two ingredients together.
If you don’t have beaten milk, you can beat 3 eggs together. If you want to add a creamy touch to the mixture, you can add a little milk.
Prepare the crispy layer for your green tomato slices. There are still many ways to do this part of the recipe. The most common is to use 1/2 cup of cornmeal.
Mix 1/4 cup of flour with 1/2 cup of cornmeal. Add a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix all ingredients well and set aside.
If you don’t have cornmeal on hand, you can use flavored bread crumbs (Italian bread or cracked pepper are fine). You can also crush some salted crackers (Ritz, for example) and put the breadcrumbs aside in a salad bowl. The idea is to add a little crunch to the fried green tomatoes.
Pour 1/4 cup of flour into a bowl. Put the green tomato slices in the flour, covering them evenly on both sides. Once you’ve done that, put the flour-covered slices into the beaten milk and egg mixture for a moment, making sure to cover them with the liquid. After dipping them in the beaten milk, place them on top of the cornmeal (or other breadcrumbs you are using). Make sure to cover them generously with the breadcrumbs.
Fry the green tomatoes. Place each tomato slice in the hot oil in the pan. Each slice should have some space; if they touch each other, they may stick to each other as you fry them. Fry them for three minutes on each side. A good way to tell if they are ready is to watch them until a golden brown layer forms on their surface.
Remove the green tomato slices from the pan when they are golden brown.
Remove them from the pan one by one with kitchen tongs. Place them on a plate covered with paper towels. The paper towel will absorb the grease that is left on the tomato slices, making them crisp.
