The close-up views reveal the richness of the material palette, with the green marble taking center stage. Its deep, mineral-like surface is layered with intricate veins of olive, charcoal, cream, and muted bronze, creating a naturally dramatic texture that contrasts beautifully against the warm oak joinery. The marble is carried through the space as a continuous visual element, from the illuminated bar backsplash and shelving recess to the raised planter surrounding the olive tree, giving the interior a sense of material continuity.

The hotel lobby is conceived as a warm, contemporary and highly refined arrival space, built around a restrained palette of natural stone, warm timber and soft integrated lighting.

Large-format travertine or limestone panels define the walls and elevator surrounds, with their natural horizontal veining adding subtle texture and continuity. These are contrasted by warm walnut timber wall cladding, creating a rich but understated atmosphere. The lower portions of the stone walls feature finely ribbed stone detailing, adding another layer of craftsmanship and vertical rhythm.

The elevator entrances are deeply recessed and framed in timber, with dark interiors that create strong visual depth. Slim linear sconces in translucent stone are positioned between the elevators, providing a soft, ambient glow. Minimal black elevator controls and signage introduce discreet contemporary accents.

The ceiling remains clean and largely white, incorporating recessed spotlights and continuous perimeter LED lines that emphasize the geometry of the space. Underfoot, a warm timber-look floor laid in a structured pattern reinforces the natural material palette.

This master bedroom has a warm, contemporary character built around natural materials, soft textures, and understated detailing. A full-height timber feature wall frames the bed, with vertical fluted detailing and integrated linear lighting adding rhythm and depth. The palette of warm oak, taupe, cream, and muted olive is complemented by touches of terracotta and aged bronze, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The upholstered bed is paired with sculptural rounded lounge chairs and a low timber coffee table, while a richly veined stone console adds contrast and material richness. This open kitchen is designed as a warm, contemporary architectural space, balancing natural materials, refined detailing, and a strong connection to the living area.

The composition centers around a large monolithic island, finished in a softly textured limestone or travertine, with rounded edges that soften its substantial volume. A distinctive green-veined stone base introduces an unexpected natural accent beneath the island, contrasting with the warm oak cabinetry throughout the kitchen. The cabinetry is kept highly integrated and minimal, with full-height wood panels concealing the appliances and creating a continuous architectural backdrop.

Above the sink, fluted bronze-tinted glass cabinetry framed in dark metal adds depth and transparency, allowing the warm internal lighting and carefully curated objects to become part of the interior composition. A sculptural floating staircase designed as a strong architectural centerpiece. Thick, rough-hewn stone treads appear to cantilever from the wall, creating a striking contrast between their raw, geological texture and the refined warmth of the surrounding walnut timber.

The staircase is framed by clear glass balustrades and slender dark detailing, keeping the structure visually light despite the substantial stone steps. A vertical stone-clad feature rises through the void, while integrated warm lighting traces the handrail and emphasizes the staircaseā€™s geometry.
